Return Policy

At CustomYourTShirt.ca, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy carefully for claims, returns, and exchanges:

Claims for Misprints, Damages, or Defects

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 60 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Returns for Custom-Printed Products

Due to the nature of custom-printed products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sizing issues: It is the customer's responsibility to review the sizing charts provided on our product pages and ensure the design meets your specifications before placing an order. Slight variations in sizing may occur due to manufacturing differences.
  • Buyer's remorse: We do not offer returns if you change your mind after placing an order.

If your order differs significantly (within reasonable limits) from the digital confirmation at checkout, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. The original items must be returned to us (at our expense) before the replacement is processed.

Image Quality and Color Variations

All custom-printed products use the images provided by our customers. It is your responsibility to ensure the uploaded images are:

  • High resolution and of sufficient quality for printing.
  • Free of visible errors, distortions, or other flaws.

To help ensure your images are of the highest quality, we provide a Designer Tool on our website. This tool allows you to preview your uploaded images and check their resolution before finalizing your design. If the tool indicates your image is of low quality, we recommend uploading a higher resolution file to achieve the best printing results.

Please note that we use the CMYK color model for printing, which may result in slight variations in colors compared to what you see on your screen (which uses the RGB color model). These minor color differences are normal and do not qualify for returns or reprints unless:

  • A completely different color was printed compared to your specifications.
  • There is a misprint or any issue caused by us during production.

Requesting a Return

To request a return for an order, email us at info@customyourtshirt.ca with the subject line:

"Request Return for Order [Your Order Number]"

Reasons for Returns

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the correct address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages returned to us will require reshipment at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom-printed items. However, exchanges for unused blank garments may be possible, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items.
  • Exchanges will only be processed once items are received and verified as undamaged.

Order Cancellations

All orders are made-to-order and production begins immediately after purchase. As such, we do not guarantee cancellations. If you need to request a cancellation, please email us at info@customyourtshirt.ca. We will assess your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
